Her issue is she needs to throw the whole team away, take a break to experience the world outside of her bubble (with therapy, there's no way she doesn't need it), then come back and try again with an open mind to be criticized and properly pushed. 

 

Even though I get her method, who knows if it's worth it or sustainable. Oh, and righting some of her wrongs wouldn't hurt. I do like her, I've followed her a long time, but yeah. Needs tweaking, maturing, and better direction all around.
