and this is why we shouldn't be worried about Perrie. i have faith that her team is doing the right thing and the album is materialising. they haven't done a single thing wrong to me - splitting the FAU promo still gave them a top ten and stopped it from dropping like a rock.

 

i don't wanna push the comparison with the other girls, but compared to the previous solo debuts things are looking a LOT better here.

Not to be pessimistic but a 10-31 drop is still quite a drop. A lot of completion and a Taylor bomb inbetween but would have loved a few weeks in the top 20.

There's an additional version on the alternative too so might end up being a bit rarer however there's still plenty left on her store

Where's the additional version of the alternative? Isn't the alternative the same as the Spotify one??

If I remember correctly there's 3 on the original and the Spotify edition has the same and acoustic as well. 
 

I wasn't expecting the difference but noticed as obviously the back covers were different. 

Further confirmation the next single is 'Tears'.

 

 

Will probably drop out the top 40 this week unless they split some of the vinyl shipping maybe? I know not everyone was shipped on Weds

She needs live performances. But then again, this song has been hammered for 3 weeks at #1 on radio … don't know what else can be done to make it rise again atp.

I don't know how I feel about the run because I don't think we can even say that they hadn't tried. I was just surprised that with the vinyls the album didn't rise that week. 
 

Im happy with the music but don't know what is needed for a proper chart hit. We need a better music video for the 2nd single though. 

Tears must be coming very, very soon. They have started to ramp up the teasing on social media.

 

Ultimately this song came and went and really didn't have much of an impact so I'm sure the label will be hoping the second single performs better. I didn't love Forget About Us so I hope the follow up is stronger
