Should I be concerned on this information?

Featured Replies

I uploaded my DNA file to Nebula and apparently I have the highest genetic predisposition to anorexia...:suburban:

I've only been underweight ONCE that I know of. When I 1st went vegan 5 1/2 years ago, I lost 10 pounds initially when I was at around 130 pounds before. But I gained it back in a couple weeks. Ever since I've basically maintained 130ish pounds, which is also my weight in highschool.

I'm 5ft7.5 btw

Skinny legend.

Fr, go to the doctor once a year and have a blood panel done. If you’re not deficient in anything then there’s no reason to be concerned.

!Ay, flaco, no te preocupes. Si estas mantiendo ese tamaño sin graves osciliaciones, vas a cer perfecto. :coffee:

no, and also anorexia is a mental illness that's about a lot more than just your weight. if you're eating at least 3 meals a day and get all the nutrients you need you're probably fine, although if you're really concerned go speak with a doctor

mte

From a purely aesthetic perspective, yes you should be concerned with those proportions.

I’d also be extremely upset if I was the same weight I was in high school.

But this is all moot until you post a body pic for us to judge. You clearly want the attention so just do it

I know BMI is not 100% accurate but given your measurements you're around 20 BMI which is a healthy weight, so I wouldn't be overly concerned.

Well I didn't body build so that's the main reason why I didn't gain weight after highschool, since I didn't get fatter.

I don't think that's upsetting, it's kind of a flex tbh

Did you go vegan because you care about animal suffering or because you thought it was “healthier”?

Both

Your metabolism will inevitably slow as you get older so enjoy McDonald’s while you can.

i don't know but I'd personally be more concerned about uploading my DNA data (unless i really have to). :rip:
