The performance of Lacy is so good - was not expecting her to play guitar for that since it's kinda fast finger-picking but she made it happen. Plus her and the backup singers really locked those harmonies in - she's a MUSICIAN. 

Good set choices, except wish she cut vampire.

 

But LIE and MTB omg, the taste jumped out

I don't understand. 2 of her latest releases are punk / old school rock inspired but she's out here performing like she's a country artist about to do a setlist in Lilith Fair.

She gave pop rock energy for her performances at the bbc, fallon and SNL already

Tiny Desk is Made to be acoustic. You haven't Seen much Videos of them.

I think SOUR Little Desk was better for her as well.  She does sound like she is offkey on parts of Vampire and in a few other places and her tone on LIE sounded odd.  IDK though......

Indeed. Her vocal style isn't good for her, she needs to shift tone, it lookee like she was in pain throughout this video. 

I really don't feel good about the Guts Tour, her performances this era have been really unreliable. 

 

Her vocal coach has to be real with her, her voice is maturing and her old technique isn't viable anymore.

She will be fine on tour because her fans just sing along the whole time and mask her mistakes.  It's hard to just hear her during those concerts.

It’s the vocal styling she has chosen for her songs. The Lorde-ish, stuttering and whispering thing is not how she used to naturally sing, but it’s been trending for almost a decade in pop music

 

 

With the right training she could serve vocals in the future, because the potential has been there
