I doubt it, honestly. They do sound similar but that's not a super uncommon vocal pattern, especially for that era. Certainly possible, but I don't think it's very likely, especially if there's no trace of that in the credits. 

Bombastic love is one of my favourite pop songs ever. Just love that song so much. It never gets old. 

 

Anyways, i can hear some similarities. Yet there's also differences in the vocal pattern as bombastic love has that super dramatic open ending. 

It's probably a stock sound that was part of some production audio package from the late 90s

When I played the Britney song I thought OP was referring to the xylophone (?) from the Hell Wit Ya intro.

 

Wouldn't consider either a sample or ripoff, but I can see Britney's producer being influenced by CTMH and that general sound at the time.  

 

 

The whole song is a shameless ripoff of Pink debut album sound

The way pop fans have no clue how production works ffff it's probably smth like this tbh

Rami and Max aren't the type of producers to sample stuff

and if they do, it's their own songs mostly

 

 

so looking at the background singers used on both songs, it's probably just a very similar vocal input there
