Róisín Murphy - "Off & On"

Featured Replies

Old unreleased 'Overpowered' demo "Off & On", lately re-recorded by Sophie Ellis-Bextor for 'Make a Scene', was somehow uploaded to Spotify. It's either her Fashion moment, either she did it on purpose but I highly doubt.

I’ve always much preferred Róisín’s version over Sophie’s and whilst I don’t understand the motivation behind Róisín finally releasing her original version now, I’ve never viewed it as a “demo”.

Sophie’s version is so much better. Calvin Harris said Ms Murphy was a c$$$ I believe that

It sounds just like the unmastered demo to me. Doesn't seem legit, it's not her label releasing this.

Why does it say 4:49 on the cover but it’s a 3 min track :rip:

anyways Sophie outperformed Miss Terf :ducky:

haven’t checked Roisin’s version out but thank u for posting about this because now I’ve discovered that Sophie’s version is a pop classic and now I’m obsessed with it :jonnycat:

Shame that we have never heard the other Roisin and Calvin track - Don’t Let It Go To Your Head Boy.
