It will actually be her second statue in her hometown. The first one stands outside the Metropolitan Stadium of Barranquilla and was dedicated back in 2006.

No, it's customary to hide a statue until it is unveiled.

 

This snooping around souldn't even have happened — but I guess the blame for that goes to the barbaric age of social media where nobody is patient and everything has to be instantly leaked and displayed.

The statue is not finished yet thats why didnt show the face. And theyll probably change the color too
