chromatica mockup cover was also used on physical pre orders and that changed when the real cover was announced

i predict three or more collabs

 

- female rap collab (maybe rico nasty)

- contemporary male rap collab

- legend in hiphop collab 

ughh not this cover...

If anything this era has been a total rollercoaster for me and I really need to trust Doja’s process. 
 

Maybe thats what makes things so exciting, something I haven’t found in a popstar for years - the unpredictability which always seems to pay off.

 

Nevertheless (awful artwork aside) i’m so excited for what is to come

What I think this will be her most critically acclaimed

 

Critics are much kinder to her now than in Planet Her's initial release (mid 2021)

i'm not too sure. most scores nowadays are representative of the image and marketing persona you portray + the person you are rather than focusing specifically on the music, we'll see if they cut her some slack after those "cash-grab" comments.

I'm a casual Doja fan, but these singles are so good.

i really think Balut is gonna be my ****... i'm all for the stoner esque, rapping over lo-fi beats that song is providing... I actually would love some more R&B songs again, since its clear (to me and fellow intellectuals) that it's where she shines the most.
