Dua isn’t even my favorite singer but I find fascinating how many threads and debates are initiated on a daily basis to discuss her “blandness”, “faceless success” and similar topics. If she’s so innofensive, why does she bother people so much?

Anything that comes too easily to a celebrity/star/singer triggers most people on this site but also if someone doesn't find success easily it triggers most people on this site as well. Just cheer for your fave and be kind. Dua's success doesn't take away from anyone else's success.

some people don't feel like she or her music have personality. Some of her criticisms also lie in the fact that people accuse her of being a "manufactured" artist.

they loved drama tho....  and when they see a beautiful and successful woman whose is better than them or their fav, it's time to bring her down. 

Most of ATRL likes her its just that her haters are a loud (annoying) minority

She’s one of the only MPG that still cares about her music and her eras. The FN era was immaculately promoted between radio, playlists, the amount of singles/mvs, and performances.

honestly jealousy, because who wouldn’t want their favs to be shamelessly promoted and invested blindly by their management

She is organic popstar and reminds me so much of younger, earlier Britney with her works ethic. You have to do promo across the countries, on each and every tv shows, awards... and all the platforms, not just rely on streaming.

I think there is a subsection of members for just about each artist that has them pressed for no apparent reason.

Calling her bland when they Stan the blandest of blands (who is unfortunately at the very top right now) 💀

Because she's actually giving us 2000 esque full music eras AND slaying with it 

 

Imagine being 3 years into an era and having the #1 female year end song of multiple years
