The literal POINTLESSNESS of doing this if you’re not going to do it in chronological order.

This was very slight on pop culture references.
 

And makes no mention of COVID, a defining event of the entire century.

The way their new album was actually reasonably well received amongst their fans for once and the tour is beloved for all the early deep cuts they are playing but then they put out this absolute disaster is so funny to me

Heard it on the radio today. Some of the updated references were interesting but that was a nonstarter because the instrumentation is SO BAD. They stripped it down way too much. Now it just sounds basic. 
 

Listening to it was like watching a train collision in real time.
