I told myself I probably wouldn't play this that much after first listen but here I am and it's already entered top5 most played songs of the year so far  Olivia about to enter top5 artists and the 2nd single isn't even out yet. Wasn't the biggest fan of the SOUR non-singles outside of brutal & jealousy jealousy (maybe favorite crime too), but this has definitely made me more of a fan and I'll probably follow her a bit more if her sophomore really does have the riot grrrl/rockier influences she mentions in her interviews.

 

Shame about the timing and how the only way she can really promote this is through radio shows no ne really cares about  Feel like it would've smashed alot harder earlier this year and there would actually be late night shows to perform this on. At least it's not showing signs of really slowing down which is a good sign I guess.

i’m also surprised i thought it wouldn’t have legs there seeing its debut. but this goes to show it’s a slow burner. surprised at its longevity, even on AM. the girlie is nowhere to be found except for radio promos.

 

but there’s rumors going around she’s going to London. let’s see!

I like what she's doing right now.. Give the song some time to grow organically. Reserve the big promos (if there are still tv spots that they can promote something  ) for the album release. 

i’ve talked about it before, but i was always surprised she never performed at the BBC live lounge. hopefully my prediction is correct this era. vampire is vocally difficult, but if she pulls it off, it will be a really good promo.

im so happy it stablizes around the 4.7M mark almost a month later

i feel like the only moment this will leave the top 10 until GUTS comes out is because of the UTOPIA and For All the Dogs album bombs.
