This was the perfect lead single choice tbh. I mean no shade, it’s not pulling a Flowers or Anti-Hero type numbers, so the second single shouldn’t get overshadowed. Yet it still is a massive smash hit on its own of course. Im perched for her good 4 u size hit to be the second single, and still hope Vampire can top pop radio and collect many weeks in the top 10 in the meantime

I think the second single is coming 1 or 2 weeks before the album like g4u. There's no need to rush it as long as vampire stays top 10 AM and Spotify

Hopefully this was chosen as a single because they knew anything she released would be #1 and it's the song that transitions from SOUR sound to a new GUTS sound, and they have an obvious smash ready for the next release. As much as I love this song, it's a risky song to expect longevity from, specially in summer.

Despite regardless how this is gonna do, Olivia's team is gonna release the 2nd single (according to her words, "very soon") before the album drops in September 8 anyways. She approved the final edit of the music video already days ago in one of the radio interviews she' done.

Drake is gonna release his new album, Travis Scott lead will be dropping late July

 

Gunna's fukumean, Cruel Summer are all gaining in chart points + Morgan will be stable as hell knowing he's on poised to top Pop Radio and still not dropping on streaming

 

 

GUTS' second single will all need the momentum and timing it can get, for a #1 DEBUT

2nd single will not drop before end of August anyway (rightfully so), so stop asking for it.

Dropped below fukumean and last night on US Spotify. Cruel summer is about to pass this both on Global and Us spotify.  Surprisingly, it’s stable on AM though lol. 

Just noticed Cruel Summer is 30k away from  surpassing it on Global Spotify
