She looks just like herself. Maybe the makeup could have been better. 

She’s been looking like that for a while now? I definitely think she got the buccal fat removal surgery, she still looks gorgeous though 

She looks tf good though. Far from a plastic surgery right now. Just has that buccal fat removal look but she still looks like herself. 

She doesn't look different to me, but I also think it's the pics - in videos she looks the same:

Plump cheeks are so cute and make u look younger. 

She does look good on video. It's just that she does something with her mouth while she's posing that make it look a bit too much. I've noted Demi does the same thing when she poses.

She’s in her 30s now. She isn’t going to look like she’s 16 forever.

 

She still looks super young for being 30 though.
