I don’t think it’s plastic surgery, cause she is looking a lot like her mom. :rip: 

She looks good. She has the kind of face structure that can pull off skinny cheeks. 

She just looks like Miley?  gotta remember she is in her 30s now.

She’s had that hollow cheeks and big cheekbones look for a while now? I remember it distinctly during the Plastic Hearts era too. Looks the same to me tbh.

 

Hopefully this trend will die down soon tho since she really… didn’t need it :deadbanana4:

just looks like contour to me & she had the same cheekbones for a while.

Still baffled how Miley and her sister are in the same gene pool. :rip:

u can tell its contour here because of the skin under her lips doesn’t match the rest of her face due too much baking… but new pics she actually did it that’s why we didn’t have any promo for ESV 😭
