this is exactly why i hate this new short song trend. everything is being dumbed down repetitive and lazy to appeal to a damn app and kids. imagine interludes and ringtones being longer than songs and then on top of that your entire album not being long enough for a concert setlist a mess

it's not unusual for a demo to be short before they add another verse or bridge in. they typically get the main idea down just to have something and go in later if they think the song has potential.
