Honestly NMIXX have a lot of things going for them. They just need a song that matches them  

 

Plus if JYP is smart () they could position them as the underdog/underrated.

The thing SM does right with those mixpop songs is that they make those songs longer than usual, "Next Level" is almost 4 minutes while "I Got A Boy" is almost 5 minutes long, which is why it feels like an rollercoaster adventure while NMIXX songs feels messy and kinda clumsy

The song's also aren't good, that's a much bigger problem. If Dice didn't have the annoying switch up in the middle and had a proper verse structure it would be the best girl group release from JYP in the past year. Instead, JYP & Co insist on producing NMixx off a trend that only aespa have really pulled off in their gen. Just give the girls an antifragile kinda moment but with larger vocal moments and they'll shine bc they have Lily and her decent backup singers there.
