Lowkey want SM to give Aespa a Kingdom Come esque song with all those vocal layers and harmonizations knowing each girls apart from being competent SINGERS, they each have their own gorgeous vocal tone

i know KJ said that he wants to be a global superstar, but this song feels a little too forced. I know they're obviously desperate for a hit, but those vibes/the desperation just seep into the song for some reason. If he keeps repeating this formula of processed pop song + western feature, it will get old fast.

Right? Jk did what he had to do, he managed to pull this off perfectly. I don't see many artists attempting, much less succeeding, with this sound nowadays.

 

Harlow is there... his verses are OK, it doesn't take away from the song but it is obvious that Jk's parts are the real deal in the song, he is going to hard carry again
