    My thing is it's kinda offputting that she chose to be a solo artist and her biggest musical inspiration seems to be someone who just debuted. Throwing in some more influences would've let her slide :rip:

    Was 2012 the best year for Kpop boy groups? Cuz the way they all mop the floor with a certain “Paved The Way” group🤭 The music and MV’s had more effort and variety.

    With Wonder Girls' Reboot, f(x)'s 4Walls, Brown Eyed Girls' Basic, Mamamoo's Pink Funky, Red Velvet's The Red and Ice Cream Cake albums alone is already a WIN :deadbanana2:

    2009 was also a great year for 2nd gen. Was 2018 good? Cause obviously 2021 was special circumstances but if 2018 was good that means it's an every-3-years thing so maybe next year will slay.

    2018 has a lot of great releases too. Personally I prefer 2020 over 2021. 

    2020 will always be the best year in Kpop in terms of music quality, like the amount of retro bops we got and just great music in general!

    2020 releases have a lot of synthwave/synthpop/disco influence due The Weeknd and Dua Lipa's success. And I love this type of music.
