Liz & Yujin didn’t come to play the rest did pretty well or were at least passable. i think starship knows how to give them parts they can actually handle for the most part excluding some title track parts.

Jay Park is extremely respected by the khip hop community who watch tv shows like SMTM

in Korea they have a meme about IU being the #1 Hip Hop artist, even the rappers talk about it

 

that was the appeal of the collab

but how is Suga right now? korean armies are extremely divided nowadays, they don't  give the same support like in the past 

the public want another IU x Suga? idk

 

ofc I can be wrong (hope I am) and this song will do huge numbers since the beginning 

but still everything can go wrong

and even with good numbers the public needs to like the song, otherwise will have the same fate of Ganadara and Zico Soulmate

remember they worked on her solo during tour - I bet she didn’t really have time to focus on it as she should and practice the choreo, that’s the price of the rush release 

 

her Born Pink stage is pretty dance heavy so she’s for sure capable of more, but it is what it is with the time she had for it
