I mean honestly their fruit section is the worst out of all the big chain grocery stores. Produce damn near always expired.

Walmart is only ever good for packaged goods in terms of food. Ever since I was little my parents would do the bulk of our grocery shopping there but we'd go to a smaller or more local grocery store for anything fresh. I now do the same as an adult. 

Because it's Walmart.

 

In Canada it's fine though, about the same as all other grocery stores. 

This is why no one does more than my HEB

I don’t know where in Canada you are, but absolutely not in my area (Toronto suburb) 

Because not everyone can be a Whole Foods, Traders Joes or Safeway

Walmart has the worse fruit. Their veggies are not bad tho if u stick to kale, broccoli, and other greens. 

 

Their limes are always hard af.  How can they get away with selling them?

Their honeycrisp apples are good though and they are packaged.

 

I mean Walmart is low quality stuff anyway. You'd find better store brand stuff from Kroger or Safeway stores.
