Katy remixed her already hit singles with rent a rappers in order to reach higher peaks on the chart. B.o.B., Kanye West, Missy Elliot, etc., whereas Justin included the rappers mostly on the original tracks. So Katy cones off as desperate for a hit whereas Justin uses them for street cred. Both are drag worthy in my opinion.

"If I'm Dancing" is the only one I still use to this day besides "Make Me", so that one.
