Any more info on the album? I know we have another track coming next week and the album the following week.

Save Me was um cute, but wow Replay is absolutely phenomenal and definitely top tier Kimbra. Her yassified singles are easily her best (Top of the World, 90s Music).

This was interesting too. Missed her flailing arms around like the used carlot inflatable guys dance

Wow. What a different sound for her

Yet at the same time, very Kimbra

LA Type would've been cute with a Janelle feature

anything on here like CIMH or Madhouse? and then anything like As You Are or Version of Me?

wow this was surprisingly terrible outside of replay, most of the instrumentals are annoying and jarring

Um well imo it's easily her worst! But it might grow on me, especially after seeing her live :fan:

I've been so scared for this but I'm actually pleasantly surprised :jonny:

The Way We Were and Personal Space are instant favorites. I wish there weren't so many features

on Gun and i can already tell that this is her most progressive pop project to date. so yeah, definitely gonna polarize the fan base, but i’m living for it :giraffe:

the deep voice in New Habit :rip: i thought a homeless man was about to sneak up on me i’m not gonna lie

I am halfway through and it’s surpassing my expectations!

they were in the gutter though cause a friend said it was basically a Banks album though :skull: really it’s fine.

okay yeah first impression: i really like it

it’s by FAR her least accessible, most progressive, most nuanced project to date. the melodies are so subtle at some points that it’s seriously gonna alienate the more casual fans who are expecting more songs like Miracle or Top of the World or Lightyears :giraffe: the industrial, hyperpop elements in songs like Gun and Personal Space are completely new in her tricks but honestly make a lot of sense. I thought Primal Heart had a lot of frustration compared to its predecessors (especially in songs like The Good War, Everybody Knows, and Human) but this takes frustration and angst to a whole new level. i think the album cover encapsulates the album well: raw, beautiful, vulnerable, POWERFUL. i think this album is gonna be a huge grower for most listeners. my fav tracks on first impression: Save Me, Replay!, Gun, The Way We Were, GLT, Personal Space :clap3:
