I usually use it while its still tamp and kinda tassle it dry and add a tinyy bit of clay or mousse for the course ness

ok thanks for this. ill try it out. i also dont like using clay for my hair tho because it causes too much friction imo and my hairs get pulled out lmfao so maybe i should use it b4 it's dry

Everyday. I workout every morning and I sweat A LOT from my head so I have to. I really don't have an alternative

it should be every other day/every 2-3 days, depending on your activities or where you've been. if your type of hair can handle twice a week, go for it. every day is just NO. even if i'd be working out daily, there are alternatives. like using just conditioner for a certain day. it's really not good for your scalp to shampoo daily.

every 3 days and it feels greasy and gross af after that tbh

i've heard the shampoo theories before but i don't buy into it, my hair gets too greasy

pretty much every time I shower, I use gentle shampoos though

and by the way, even though I use shampoo and I do NOT use conditioner, I have the prettiest curls. it's just genetics I guess. my hair is also very soft and not dry at all.
