If the attitude of the industry as a whole towards him is any indication, she'd probably be willing to work with him if the backlash wouldn't be intense.

His backlash in the rnb community is non existent. It was swept away with him crying at the BET and he was even more accepted when the girl he hurt collaborated with him after on two frivolous tracks. She could have worked with him if she wanted. 

Since that even most rnb girls have collaborated with him without a single backlash : from Keri Hilson to Tinashe. Even Brandy.

Well good that Chris doesn't want to sing with him but with B. He doesn't make decisions for her. 

And Jay doesn't care, he never has. 

She was still signed managed by him when he probably greenlighted the two songs Rihanna and him released.
