Polgg48 Posted July 14, 2022 Share Posted July 14, 2022 (edited) overall, this album MUST takes some time to digest, i am legit cant tell at the moment but it is definitely better on second run or more for everyone. also the mixture between traditional soul and modern r&b is excellence here, tons of details on key-changing, harmonizing, synth usage. album is too short (maybe intentional?) i just want more lol, Give You the World, Helmet, and Mercury are among highlight picked imo. bad habit is the most pop and nothing comes close. Kiss It Better Posted July 16, 2022 Share Posted July 16, 2022 first of all i want to say it again that the artwork is giving me jumpscare he should change it ASAP and how he looks these days with long hair is making me uncomfortable because he looks like my cousin now so i can't thrist on him anymore anyway, great album i love it tho i think Apollo XXI is better but this will be a grower, also perched to see the Spotify numbers tomorrow faves: Static, Bad Habit, 2gether, Amber, Give You The World Static is so good and so relatable ("i'm over boys, will you be my girlfriend baby?") and funny ("smoking makes me *cough*), i love it Mercury kinda sound out of place on here idk maybe it's the tracklisting 2gether is TOO SHORT!!! i love Matt on it and it gives similar vibes as songs on Matt's solo projects which i love Sunshine is nice but the featured artist is SOOOO ANNOYING, her vocals annoys me it's like she singing but trying to not sing or something, need solo version immediately also want to say 2gether -> Amber is better transition than to Cody Freestyle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bad habit is definitely the center piece of the album and Give you the world is thee perfect closer. I love the whole album and its flow even tho mercury is definitely a bit out of place.
