I feel like this forum can be detrimental to enjoying music on your terms. There are always people who are going to dunk on your favorite song/album, and then there are people who are going to say that a song you really dislike is the artist's best, leaving you wondering what's wrong with you. I suppose it may feel great when everyone's on the same page, and you get a kick out of this shared experience. But then you get the opposite thing. All I know is that I'm going to avoid Marina's threads because I have a feeling the album's going to be great, but I can tell that a lot of people are going to be disappointed for one reason or another, and I'm not here for all that negativity. Maybe it's a good thing some khias can't even get threads.

Tbf, Marina is getting much praise here now, definitely more than before and people are hyped for her new album. 
 

but after #that Britney thread I don't treat this site seriously at all anymore, it's not just question of different opinions, some people are just straight up mad/delulu

I used to do an 8-4, which was just lovely—especially on those days we'd get off early due to being really ahead with everything. I always got a second wind whenever I'd get off. I miss that; it was nice being on a set schedule.

Yeah, the overall reception seems to be positive, and I can take the criticism regarding her lyrics because it's valid but when Electra Heart is being brought up for the millionth time...
