Sometimes it seems like certain artists are hyped up just for the joy of bringing them down later down the line. 

I'm trying to think of other cases and Aly & AJ come to mind. Their last album was far from what I wanted but so what. I just lost interest and kept it going.

I wasn't a big fan of Hold The Girl but it still had a bunch of great songs, and Holy would've made my best of 2022 list (didn't make one that year). It definitely didn't shake my faith in her as an artist or anything, but some people must have a "one strike and out" rule.

Game launch was a crazy rollercoaster ride to witness but once the DLC rolled out it became really fun
