They doesn’t have strong individuals personas who can compete with Yujin and Wy bc let’s be honest, the group was created for pushing them even more. I’m sure if Starship wanted they could have choose a exceptional main dancer and a better singer than Liz, but they didn’t. No way Starship would have put a Kazuha in the group. 
 

But the girls personas are cute, it’s just that most of them are introverts.
