Last night i heard a song "say my name" from a new group and surpresingly i liked it... i read the comment and learned they disbanded god i feel like i am in my deathbed like all these poor gen 2 soloists spending their last coins on desperate attempts to keep being idols...

I really feel aespa's momentum is so close to being completely killed with this hiatus, they are not the BP SM seem to think they are 

 

It's one thing to not release music but to not go on Vlive, not have a reality show, or release anything for the fans aside from Bubble messages & CFs? They seem to forget that they're a rookie girl group first & foremost. 

 

SM needs to hurry up because if they don't I can see groups like STAYC, LE SSERAFIM, GIDLE, IVE, etc steal some of their shine

This is a little overdramatic. Dreams Come True was only released 3/4 months ago and it was a hit. 2 months before DCT they had released Savage, also a hit. And a month after DCT, Karina and Winter took part in GOT The Beat's Step Back, another hit. All of these songs were top 10 hits. 

 

If anything, the girls were in danger of being overworked and overexposed. Don't forget that at the same time as Savage, Dreams Come True and preparing for SMTOWN in KWANGYA they were also flying to the U.S. for their debut promotions there as well. Plus Next Level was still hitting on the charts months later as well. The girls needed a rest. 

 

They took a 5 month break between Next Level and Savage and everything worked out fine. Of course, now there's more competition as there are more new entrants into the 4th gen, but none of them have really touched what aespa was able to do in 2021. 

 

Plus we know from SNS that they have been in the practice room a lot lately, so it's not like they're just sat around jobless, watching Netflix.

I kinda get it though, why would fans be a priority for them when they already have a big enough company sheep fandom? 
And the GP doesn't care about realities/fan content in general so they're already doing enough in their eyes

MV was great, and I agree her best song since her debut in P Nation as they finally gave her a song that suits her 

 

but I watched her live performance of this and it's so underwhelming nnn she really only has 2 facial expressions and her dancing looked much better in the MV than on stage

The weird double standards when it comes to male and female idols and how much they're supposed to weigh is terrible.  Male idols also have to diet, but not to this extent. These companies need nutritionists on board. It's just not sustainable.
