Born again is so good too. I hate to love everything she does. I would like to drag her a little like the navy use to do. But I can't. I need listen on repeat Born Again. It's very typical Rih ballad. 

 

I still prefer LMU cause is different to everything she has done. But I need to listen to Born again with more quality.

Seems like LMU is starting to get some nice little boosts from it's first hours of the film around europe.

 

Hopefully there can be a nice little homage skit or trend on Tiktok so it can keep the momentum and finally stay strong for as long as possible

Well I've come to peace with the music release.

 

I see she quit the pressure of new music release by putting out these songs in Black Panther, and she is going to shake off all of the doubts about performing again with the biggest show on earth.

 

So she can focus on R9, touring and new music after the SuperBowl.

 

I know it sucks for us fans that we want new music all the time, but I think that's gonna be the 'new normality'

 

If Lift Me Up can serve some longevity I think she should be more than fine until the SB and start the buzz about new music around that time again.

My biggest issue as a music fan is I hate seeing how much time and devotion goes into Savage and Fenty Beauty whilst her music career is just on back burner. It’ll be over 7 years since Anti when the SB comes, if it wasn’t such a huge gap I’m sure it would of been an easier pill to swallow but its past that point now where I’m not surprised some fans are fed up. 

 

It really makes no sense for her to do the SB (even her comments when interviewers ask her why she is doing it are extremely vague) if she doesn’t have any new music lined up, sadly I do believe this and any festivals she does in 2023 are mainly to keep her name and image afloat, to benefit her other ventures 

 

Although I do have to say I’m extremely excited for the SB. I know she is going to put on an insane show, from the interviews she seems like she is taking it very seriously and genuinely wants to put on an fantastic show (I don’t know why some users were having meltdowns the other day saying she’s going to half ass it, like come on Rihanna isn’t going to do that to herself on the biggest stage on earth)

This is a non-argument tho, do you genuinely think Rih is living a different life now money/spending wise than before? It quite literally doesn't matter whether you have 400M of 1 billion for your life's quality. After a certain amount of money there is just no difference, she could already buy everything and she still can now

 

I think the businesses just give her much more control and freedom, she can dissapear whenever she wants to, her schedule is hers. Being in the music industry is a whole other life
