I mean that's true but I don't know if I see Normani's return back to music being a lil nas x collab. She has clearly put collabs on hold for her own music. Maybe things have changed but we will see. 

 

Weren't insiders on twitter claiming she was on a remix before the announcement? That does kinda look like her. I'd take a LNX collab. At least we know he'd actually promote the song.

They could still be right lol? Just cause she’s filming something doesn’t mean that it’s out very soon.

I mean if it’s a music video it’s gonna take at least weeks for it to be done and Taylor is dropping her new album in April and she will take over the chart the whole month. So a May release is more realistic than a March release.

FYI I have *never* claimed to be an insider and never will

 

Sometimes I get to hear stuff before it’s released and I get to hear about the inner workings of fav and her team, but most of the time I’m apprehensive about posting anything on here because she changes her mind a lot. And when I do know something, nine times out of ten it doesn’t materialise or end up going in a different direction

I don’t even know how many times they’ve changed their mind about the lead single now, as of a few weeks it was meant to be a new uptempo; the song WheresJay and I teased, (rest assured it’s still on the album) but they’ve changed their minds

Why is it so hard for them to stick to a plan? I really they would announce a date for the album 6 months from now and just get going. 
 

It’s a little bit embarrassing to move like this.

The way we blamed the old management team only to see the new management team to continue this schtick of bullish delays and cancelations…

Reliving this phenomenal performance is what keeps my stan card active she really gave it all with this debut performance!

 

Something that I have learned (as I have been in the fandom since the beginning) is that Normani is going to move at her own pace regardless of how much pressure there is surrounding her. And no matter how long the wait is, everybody is going to be watching. The reaction to the album announcement was a prime example of that. With that being said, I definitely understand the complaints, but I know that the wait will be worth it.
