so I'll admit I was kind of disappointed when I first heard the album, but, I was also coming down with a nasty flu (karma is guess for dragging Nic) that I feel like distorted my perception of the record. I always want the BEST of the best for her and I still stand by my feeling that the mixing/mastering of the album left a lot to be desired. It gives mixtape rather than 5th and final studio album, BUT, honestly, that kind of energy is Nicki's essence as an artist: everchanging, fun, carefree. And this is RAP. If you get it, you get it, if you don't, you don't. And it clicked for me today giving it a full re-listen. 

 

Anyway, here is how I would switch up the tracklist and rollout a bit (that nobody asked for):

 

1. Just The Memories

2. Barbie Dangerous [I would have renamed this When I'm Done - released a week before the album]

3. FTCU [I would have renamed this Gimmie My 10s and I wish that was the chorus instead of the FTCU sample]

4. Beep Beep

5. Fallin 4 U

6. Let Me Calm Down (feat. J.Cole)

7. RNB (feat. Lil Wayne & Tate Kobang)

8. Red Ruby Da Sleaze

9. Big Difference [I loved the switch up, but this was the song where she should have SNAPPED with her hardest verse. everyone was waiting for this one and lyrically it was okay]

10. Everybody [solo version, I love Uzi but not on this]

11. Cowgirl [I wish she just sang the chorus or got a pop girl to sing it. I hate that an unknown girl is on here. I would have cut this but I love the verses]

12. Pink Friday Girls

13. Super Freaky Girl

14. Bahm Bahm

15. My Life

16. Last Time I Saw You

17. Blessings (Feat. Tasha Cobbs Leonard)

 

I wish Needle was on Drake's album. Nicki Hendrix should have been the song on her website, not Bahm Bahm. The verse she did on FOR ALL THE BARBZ was her hardest this era. I wish that was incorporated on this album. Imagine if somehow that was in Big Difference... whew!

Haven’t seen a revised tracklist I agree with yet…

 

Tanya’s only mistake was not swapping Just The Memories and BarBillie on the streaming tracklist 

 

The Needle-Cowgirl 1-2-punch is insane... Such a good vibe and makes me feel relaxed and happy... There's definitely crack all over this album tho and I love the tracklist placements 

It makes me sad seeing this album being panned but the Barbs are happy and that's all that really matters.

ATRL serving cesspool the last couple of days so I personally clocked out  everyone is entitled to their opinion and playful shade is the cornerstone of ATRL, but some of these posts are borderline sociopathic. Calling her a pig and making fun of her drug use? Insane. Seeing some of the mods get in on that? Also insane (but not surprising). 

I believe that Fallin 4 U should’ve been the intro  She can even keep Are You Gone Already but save it for the bottom of the tracklist.

Yeah the first night the album was out was too much for me. We can say what we want but that type of negative spiteful energy really affects how you listen to and feel about an album that applies to anything in life really.

Am I the only one having a hard time memorizing lyrics. 
 

I’m having some trouble, there are too many songs to memorize all at once. I’m first starting with the tracks that I love the most and then working my way up to the rest of the album

It depends on the song. Big Difference is pretty easy to memorize. Barbie Dangerous is not that easy though. My brain does not process all the flows she's using on that song. Oh and I already gave up on Nicki Hendrix. I've tried like 3 times and I don't want to hear that trash ever again.

I got Beep Beep down packed, violent finger pointing and snaps and all

 

almost there for FTCU and F4L too, then I’ll work my way down.

Cowgirl was the first song I memorized. These verses are so fun to rap.

Fever is gone but I keep coughing here and there especially I talk too loud/too long. 

Thee D.Va's throat is usually very proficient in a variety of colorful situations but it seems like miss rona got the best of ha this time
