The song is great until that Starlight part. I remember someone said she will lose direction towards the end of the song and they were ****** right...

 

I cannot believe that she still hasn't realised that she's a rapper and that's her strength. I'm upset because I was really hyped about this song.  She should have listened to Def Jam in 2009 when they told her she's not Lauryn Hill. To this day she tries to prove them wrong and fails miserably.

Maybe this the only chill song on the album.

I honestly think the song is great and her best "singing" track, but I agree a 2nd verse would be perfect. you can tell she loves this song. after she previewed it on TikTok and got a good response she got excited because she LOVES singing, but I wish she saved it for the album... would have shined on there but it is not single-worthy. I'm glad people are praising it though, cause you can tell she's in the process of finishing the album, and feedback MATTERS to her (to an extent) and I want her to be confident and finish the album STRONG.

 

that being said if Memories is an "Autobiography"-esque rap song with a good hook THAT should be the lead single. I hope that song exists and is what I hope it is 

I'd rather have SFG and Red Ruby than Last Time I'm Listening to That tbh.

This is why I don’t usually like when artists tease the hell out of a snippet of a song. The full product almost always disappoints fans’ expectations.
