It is not surprising at all. Mariah can and will always draw crowds at Christmas for her Christmas shows but she will not maintain that demand across to her regular shows. It is impressive how she has rescued her career via the holiday season. 

Similar to her dominance with All I want for Christmas is you and regular singles.

However, these twitter accounts are notorious for inflating numbers, so it may need another season of streaming to be elegible, until officially confirmed it will remain as a fan estimation basically. I am sure it will get there eventually though.

AIWFCIY definitely gave her career a second wind but we have yet to see its impact on her regular shows because she hasn't done a non Christmas tour since 2019 (which was just the beginning of her "dominance").
