I LIKE Harlequin. That does not mean that it's an album I find particularly interesting or that I will be returning to very often. But that does not make it bad to me.

I feel like the hurricane is going to potentially push off any announcement from Gaga. And yes, I know, she can't delay for every world event.. It just is becoming big news in the US quickly. 

No more caring about world events while others got away with promoting since 2020 events. Release and promote!

unless the song would come off as in bad taste, I doubt she's delaying. and even then, she'd probably push it off by a week at most.

Yeah the hurricane is picking up steam fast and is looking to be pretty catastrophic for Tampa Bay Area especially, and so soon after Helene too. I'm not sure what she'll do. If the announcement was planned for this week with a release on the 18th, the most I'd see her do is push back a week, so announcement next week for release on 25th. I was wondering if her team were already thinking of doing that anyway to widen the gap of time between the JFAD mess and her coming back into the public sphere for promo again. But the downside to that is she's cutting it so close to defrosting season. I think ultimately her team want as much time (hopefully) floating around the top 10 of Spotify. So the 18th would still be better, or heck this Friday would be even better, but we'll see what happens.

I'm not sure. I live with my parents and they're still figuring what they want to do. We have family in Bradenton who we usually go when we evacuate, so we know what the plan would be, it's just if they feel like we need to. It depends on the storms final path.

 

And thank you sis. Its a lot because we got pummeled during Ian 2 years ago and the thought of it happening again so soon is kinda insane. We'll both be ok though.
