It looks (to me) like he's using her admitting to lying in the past to say "well hopefully you were lying about these statements you made praising Israel". Those quotes about Isreal I believe are already pretty questionable since there's not much in the way of source of her saying those things, as I see on his feed someone else actually did point out to him. Anyway it's not to be dwelled on. She's already been through the wringer a bit on her socials for not speaking up and clearly she and her team made the decision to keep her stance on these issues quiet.
