Because DWAS is nothing like anything like anything else in her catalogue, nothing. LG7 lead should give a cute boost DWAS on the first day of release - but the effect will be more present in BTW imo. BUT in the worst case, If the song is a tank or un-streaming friendlly it could throw her streams into a state overall decline which would obv also effect DWAS, but it's such a GP it'd recover over time. We're also forgetting JFAD also. I wouldn't too much about Reddit if I'm honest with you, they hardly get it right and the most recent example is how they universally acclaimed D&W just to change their minds shortly after the movie was released. The clip is just that. A clip of an scene without additional context so I wouldn't pay too much attention to it, the reviews on the other hand will definitely make or break this.
