Isn’t Todd married with a family? Also Gaga has done stuff much dirtier with people at her Vegas shows, she’s just an affectionate person at heart me thinks. What gets me is the fact that Bobby probably ran to his Insta in a panic to prevent another PR nightmare after the BradGa mess

They wouldn't have launched it in UK if it wasn't, the rest of Europe will follow soon very likely.

 

Not to mention that it was definitely profitable also when it was on Amazon even if at the beginning it wasn't, no way Sephora would have invested on it if it was a total flop.

I don't agree on this, especially considering how basic the line was when it was launched on Amazon, nothing on the products or packaging was screaming Gaga and it was the main criticism even if the quality of the products was good.

Sure the brand now it's totally changed, it's better now, more high quality and luxurious but to me remains a financial investment that somebody with her level of money needs to do for various reasons, I don't see artistic choices in that.

 

Her first perfume sure it was tho.

The irony here is that both perfumes were quick cash grabs that she did not have a lot of say in because it was Troy who forced her to do them. Is your logic that if a product does not look the way you think Gaga should look, her "artistry" is missing? I find that faulty, but I do understand where the mindset stems from.

 

I am not an expert in makeup by any means, but I do find it oddly satisfying watching guru videos about makeup, and the consensus among those who do own a makeup line is that a lot of artistry goes into designing everything, figuring out which shades look best, coming up with formulas, etc. With that in mind, it is an extension of her artistry. I do not think she would be as passionate about the brand if she were not being artistically fulfilled.

 

I do agree the first iteration of HL was a mess and did not say "Gaga" in the slightest, but the revamp does. It is what Gaga has been for the past several years: sleek, polished, and approachable. 

Also she should stop tag Haus Labs or any other brand cuz those commercial post of hers usually got shadow banned by ig.

The Tudor endorsement was truly the worst of them all, aside from that amazing commercial they did on the piano, she had nothing to do with that brand fashion wise that targets white Republican middle age white men, you never seen her carried that kind of watch outside of the ad posts, I recall the negative comments on their page just because she is political outspoken supporting democrats and Biden.

 

I remember there was a blind item suggesting that things didn't went well because they deleted all the Gaga posts when the deal was over.

Tudor is just too pedestrian for her image and most of the time the content they put out is just bad (they even used her Enigma candid for ad). I’m just glad now she can endorse more prestigious brand like dom perignon
