There's the usual circle of OGHs that keep popping up that's also exhausting as well. I just don't really have the energy to engage as much anymore as I'm not really the type of person to engage with this forum to be a 1k+ post type of member. There's also the issue of users who don't even engage with the base stoking the flames while pretending to stan Gaga as well. On top of that, there was an incident over a thread about OGH users that I thought got incredibly out of hand and revealed the worst in some "OGH" users that I never thought would act in that manner. There's also been INCREDIBLY bad comments disregarding Gaga's health as if it hasn't been well-known her physicality has changed and it's been used as ammo. It's honestly very repetitive, disheartening, and I think over time, it's REALLY diminished my enjoyment of the site. I don't ever engage enough with the site to make it worth it to block some of the usual suspects. I don't think I ever will. I don't remember which user it was but someone had a sig with a Monster saying they were developing some mental issues due to the type of OGH behavior. I didn't think much of it at the time, but looking back, that was DISGUSTING. It honestly epitomizes the site in a nutshell. This is supposed to be a site to discuss and celebrate pop culture and pop music, no? These type of bad-faith actors and threads have also really diminished my ability to just be a casual pop music enjoyer and I see myself really distancing away from all this more and more. TLDR: Actually, just don't read lol. Long-winded TedTalk People on here will just say “we’re on ATRL and the dragging is all for fun” as if being negative all the time on here wouldn’t affect you irl.
