Looks more like excess skin. Probably from her rapid weight loss for this role. She was a lot fuller figured before she started training for this role and if you lose weight quickly and are in your mid 30s and older your skin lacks the bounce and elasticity so it will usually bunch up in certain areas of your body (knees being a common place where you can see that).
