It's so weird the very fans who constantly whined all through ARTPOP now suddenly want Act II and act like they've loved the album/era all along. A big part of why she's so distant nowadays is precisely because of how this fanbase treated her during ARTPOP.

Loving the album is very different from loving the era tho. You can want more ARTPOP material without liking the era? Just like Chromatica's music was great while the era was a nightmare.

Oh, absolutely, but Gaga fans don't possess the ability to understand nuance like this. They connect the era with the music, hate music that doesn't chart well, and let outside factors sway their opinions. I so distinctly remember how people felt about ARTPOP in 20113 and this fanbase hated it.

you're absolutely right ! To be honest I just want more Gaga music and ARTPOP (while not her best album) was good! And Brooklyn Nights deserves to be officially released imo. But yeah, liddos will probably drag ARTPOP ACT II if it gets released and doesn't open with 400k first week. 

 

I just rewatched Tar and honestly, super happy for Yeoh, and her performance is indeed very good, but there's no comparison. Like, Miss Cate just continues to display her talentry. She's that B.
