Hildur Guðnadóttir who became the first woman to win the Oscar for Best Score for the first Joker is back to compose music for FaD so it would be extremely unlikely Gaga gets credited. She is crafting the songs.

apparently, the film is inspired by new york, new york so there will be full-out musical numbers most likely jazz covers. Hildur I think is only creating the film score as she did for the first which will only be instrumentals to set the mood for the film.

 

also apparently there will be original jazz songs that were created in 2017 and rewritten last year so gaga might be indeed credited

I am so perched, but you may be right that if her music is interpolated by the film composer into the score like Hold My Hand was for Maverick she could be credited. However I have the feeling the score and Gaga’s songs will be separate beasts.

Hold My Hand is from Chromatica sessions (which wrapped in 2019). 

Joker music is allegedly from 2017. 

 

That means we have no evidence that Gaga has written or recorded anything since 2019, except to rework material written before then.

Ride or die called the music jazzy. I’m expecting it to be more like campy Broadway show tunes and not like her Tony duets

Looks like BM really going Top10 on both Pop and HAC radio in 2-3 weeks. Her team for sure needs to release couple remixes or EP to make it work for her so she can chart higher like inside Top40. 
It would be such a waste to act like blind her first Pop radio Top10 since 2013.
