Has anyone heard anything about Gaga recording new material? Aside from HMH we haven’t gotten anything new since 2021 (and I don’t really count that since it was a covers album of jazz standards).

It is the type of song that’s a hit at the time,  but struggles afterward in recurrent (Ariana’s abscence is hurting it a bit too)

 

2020’s ‘Say So’ and ‘Break My Heart’ don’t do 500k anymore either. Ava Max is in an era and Kings & Queens is almost hitting 500k. So none of them are doing particularly note-worthy, but I guess ROM is struggling.

I really thought all her fans were going to delete their atrl accounts that day. 
 

The drags were not as bad as they could have been. Monsters bragged for months that she was going to get nominated and maybe win. In hindsight, we probably deserved more punishment than we received 

 

From here on out, it's really going to take the bigger stations spinning it more to keep it going at Pop radio. It might be near its peak if it doesn't start picking up. This + another bad callout week, it's not looking too good. But for it to get this far is impressive

Also, my station switched from playing the album version to playing a slightly sped up version with only the first two verses and choruses. It was not even 2 minutes long  Wonder if Interscope sent that out as an alternative to help it a bit. I'm sure a lot of stations would be a lot more inclined to play a sped-up 2 min version than a 4 min version with Gregorian chanting lol
