That would be incredible but I doubt it nn. ROM was still pulling +2M streams in August, and then got a few more day after the VMAs.

Yeah it was holding up pretty well back then, the problem is its long term longevity. I hope it gets a TikTok boost soon as well and stabilizes around the 500k mark.

pretty much, Interscope could have payola-ed it way past top 5 on Pop Radio, the callouts were bad but like all of Gaga's songs since ARTPOP on Pop Radios

they completely stopped and gave up... ROM would be at 1B by now and 4x Plat in the US

I remember thinking it was bc they were going to send 911 to radios and heavily push it as the third single

Callouts seems too rigged to me. I mean what could make you feel annoyed or irritated in Rain On Me and you rate it to the pits? 

Rom could be one of the most inoffensive and pure pop records of 2020. 

I sense some other weird things about callouts but i wont name it.

This is true  I thought ROM dropping on radio and being taken off playlists meant a 3rd single was for sure coming and then they just released the 911 film and went crickets

Anyways lemme be clear and name it. 

I feel like radio programmers they just rate the callouts by themselves. If label just wont pay, they rate it low and force labels to pull the plug. If label pays they keep spinning it with incrased callouts over the weeks.
