Honestly, there’s a large chance that she would get neither.
Especially, since the Grammys will probably dissolve as an institution within the next 5 years the way that award show was been decaying the past 10 years

The big difference is that she made just two movies, her movie career just started, got nominated the first time, getting very close to get nominated the second time, while the Grammys had 14 years and tones of multiple occasions-projects-songs to give a general field to her.

 

However she still might end up not getting any of those at the end like you said, at the end getting or not those awards don't take away how impressive her career is, even if she will remain only a best actress nominee, that will remain impressive and a rarity for a popstar either way.

 

Same argument for her Grammys wins, with or without general fields, she's in the top10 of most awarded females, the categories in which she won always had high competition, if you take a look at the chart, big majoriyt of these women are singers-musicians that have a very safe-traditional imagine, a controversial and divisive artist like Gaga having all those Grammys is a rarity as well.

If I'm not wrong there is (or at least there was) a petty Madonna stan in charge of her Wikipedia page, reason of why majority of the photos used are unfortunate-bad pictures of her, so that might explain the use of that word instead.

 

Somebody should do something about it, but I don't know how it works, I remember some users bring this issue in here years ago.

legacy is kinda giving "your career is over", whereas impact seems more present focused.
