There's no one big trend a la the JD "sturdy dance" challenge from what I've seen. There's different audios that are helping the streams grow - a slowed version, a sped up version etc. It's being used for anime/series villain edits. Iconic if you ask me tbh.

To be fair, getting people to vote is very important for the nation and she knew how to draw attention from her (mostly young) fans to go vote 

they need to use other songs of her for edits on tiktok

they keep using the same ones

they use it more on edits of male characters and then there is other minor trends of people using the slowed version to do thirst traps

Gaga wasn't really involved in DoC it was Bloodpop who comissioned the remixes and put it together with the blessing of her label.
