Either 911 (because Chromatica II was “viral”) or Sour Candy. The pandemic made filming music videos extremely difficult, especially before there was a vaccine. The 911 video seemed really challenging to create with covid restrictions, based on the Gagavision about it. Gaga wasn’t going to make a Sour Candy video without the girls physically present, she was not going to make a cheap looking Ice Cream video with them. So 911 became the only option at the time.
