Sine From Above is a love letter about music. As a person whose live was saved by music (her music), SFA hits the emotional core and it made me cry at the first listen. The memory of how music stopped me from suicide or how music encouraged me to come out surface when I hear this song. I totally understand why Gaga would feel that way about music as well, if you are a stan you should too. I will not accept SFA slander!

I feel like the only person here excited to (hopefully) hear and see her perform the same renditions for the umpteenth time.

Does it really matter how it would have performed in the US when it would have pulled in a minimum of 500M+ streams each on YouTube and Spotify?

It got plenty of WW streams without being a single. They milked that song as much as they could. While giving single treatment to a very GP friendly song featuring Ariana Grande. 
Making a song a single means that it would be sent to the radio. BTS, the biggest K-pop group in the world, can barely get a legitimate radio hit. 

Why promote Sour Candy to the GP when the only group that will actually stream it our Blinks, who already were very aware that the song existed 

Stupid Love and Rain On Me were the only songs that were single material on the record

Eh, I think in this case a 911 "single" treatment (with more playlisting of course) would have sufficed. It didn't really matter if radio didn't touch it (though I think internationally they would have) — it would have been all about streams, which wouldn't have been a problem with a video. The song approaching 300M on Spotify with no video makes it clear that 500M+ by now could realistically have been possible with one. But it's in the past and we can just add it to her laundry list of other missed opportunities.

then you would DESERVE to sit through ARTPOP's worst song Meth & Poppers because yall stan Free Kygo's bland ass drop from album version.
