She's most likely not just acting in Joker, but writing the music as well. There's also this thing called "rest", which she didn't do in the past and it caused her to injure herself. Most of you Liddos don't leave your houses so you don't understand the immense physical and mental strain touring can put on your body. Many artists have spoken about how grueling touring can be, let alone touring when you have fibromyalgia.
