Because some stans got mad at their own imaginary countdowns and deadlines, and tagged a mod to close the thread. Worms for brains if you ask me. This was the first time in years that Katy Perry had some positive visibility on this site on a bigger level, and all that went to waste because stans didn't have patience

The only reason she isn't releasing it is bc the music video isn't ready yet.  One of Twitter's most reliable insiders tweeted this on April 4th:

After a month on 8th May he also tweeted:
